These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the West End Workforce website located at westendworkforce.com and any related pages (the "Site"), operated by West End Workforce, Inc. ("West End Workforce," "W|E," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Site in any way -- including browsing, submitting a form, or downloading content -- you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors, including prospective candidates, employer clients, vendors, and any other users.
We may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our practices, applicable law, or for other operational reasons. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Changes are effective when posted.
Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically. If a change materially affects your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only and in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The following are prohibited:
- Copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, posting, transmitting, or distributing any Site content without our express written permission
- Using automated tools -- including bots, scrapers, crawlers, spiders, or data-mining software -- to collect, extract, or index information from the Site

- Using the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.
The Site and all of its content -- including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, video, audio, and software -- are owned by West End Workforce or its licensors and are protected by United States copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The West End Workforce name, the W|E mark, and all associated branding, trade dress, and logos are trademarks of West End Workforce, Inc. Nothing on the Site grants you any right or license to use our trademarks, service marks, or trade names without our prior written consent.
You may view, download, and print pages from the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. All other uses are prohibited without express written permission.
When you submit a resume, cover letter, contact form, or any other information through the Site, you grant West End Workforce a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and share that information for the purpose of evaluating your qualifications, connecting you with employment opportunities, and operating our staffing business.
You represent and warrant that: (a) any information you submit is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge; (b) you have the right to share the information you submit and doing so does not violate any third-party rights or any agreement you are party to; and (c) your submissions do not contain any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
We do not claim ownership of your resume or professional information. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
West End Workforce operates as a staffing and recruitment intermediary. Use of this Site and submission of your information does not create an employment relationship between you and West End Workforce or any of its clients, and does not guarantee placement in any position or engagement of any kind.
Job listings and role descriptions displayed on the Site are provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect current availability. Placement decisions depend on candidate qualifications, client requirements, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

WEST END WORKFORCE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL WEST END WORKFORCE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless West End Workforce and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of any such claim.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services -- including LinkedIn, job boards, and industry resources. These links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by West End Workforce of any linked site or its content, products, or services.
West End Workforce has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, accuracy, or availability of any third-party site. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of those sites.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information, including your rights under applicable US state and international privacy laws. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts for such purposes.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at the address below and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. This requirement does not apply to claims for injunctive or equitable relief, which may be sought in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer located in a jurisdiction whose laws do not permit this choice of law or venue, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction may apply to the extent required by law.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and West End Workforce regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements on that subject.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of West End Workforce.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force majeure. West End Workforce will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
- Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
